Our Real Life Bride : Lauren J. Cameron

Our stunning real life bride, Lauren J. Cameron walked down the aisle this summer, wearing our Eli gown.

Lauren met her husband Kapali on August 8, 2017 at a Shofar Sounds show in Los Angeles, CA. After years of contemplating whether or not to attend a Shofar Sounds concert, Lauren decided to cave in and go to the concert with one of her best friends ( later known as her maid-of-honor), Madison. Throughout the concert, Lauren and Kapali could not keep their eyes off one another. The couple spent the night chatting and quickly realized they had a unique connection that could last them a lifetime.

After proposing in January of 2019, Lauren and Kapali decided to tie the knot at Waimanalo Beach in Oahu, HI. The overall theme of the wedding reflected who the couple is as a pair. Simple and organic touches infused with music and nature were the main focal points of the affair. The color palette for their wedding was neutral, and their venue was filled with beautiful locally sourced flowers such as ferns, neutral dried palms and oversized Monstera leaves.

Lauren purchased her Dana Harel dress at LOHO brides in Los Angeles, California. Lauren states : “The Eli gown was the first dress I tried on, and the moment I stepped into that ethereal silk chiffon feeling the gorgeous craftsmanship of the beaded bodice I knew it was THE ONE. I didn’t go shopping anywhere else, I was truly content and knew I had something super special. My time at LOHO being surrounded by Dana Harel’s gorgeous work is an experience I will remember with an exuberant amount of joy for the rest of my life.”
